Thanks for reading a bit about me.  I am a previous Keller ISD Art Teacher, an active Artist and Photographer in my free time, and not your average run of the mill full-time local Realtor since 2004.  My first job ever was in a mall that no longer exists in North Richland Hills...  I have seen so many changes throughout my lifetime, here locally in our DFW metro-plex.  I have been working with buyers and sellers throughout the Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant county metro-plex, yes full-time since 2004.  I grew up in North Richland Hills, where much of my family still reside.  I received my BFA in Fine Arts at the University of North Texas in Denton.  Currently I work out of my home office in the North Richland Hills and it's how I am able to service my clients in all three counties and stay close to my family.  I cover basically the heart of what makes up DFW.  You see, I'm right by DFW International Airport and can access multiple highways very easily.  I can be in downtown Dallas, downtown Fort Worth, and downtown Denton in all about the same amount of time from where I live.  Many of the highways and expansions, I remember starting out as nothing or as simple streets.  I have been here and there and everywhere throughout our DFW metroplex, my entire life.  I am keen on what areas are growing, developing, appreciating, and how to go about serving your needs properly.  Sometimes that means meeting with the city on proposed changes.  Other times it is as simple as a one page document changing the terms to benefit your needs.  Whatever the case may be, I am available to help guide you, with your interests at heart.

Whether you're a first time home buyer or seller, looking to move up or down, relocation, and yes even death or divorce, I have been through it all multiple times.  I have owned investment property prior to even getting my real estate license in 2004.   In 2020, I finalized a 20 year marriage in divorce with 50/50 shared custody and I fully comprehend all of the things that can happen throughout the process and can help you.  Additionally I have helped out many couples sell a home through divorce and know the how to battle the challenges it creates, when selling a home, but also post divorce and the eventual purchase of a new home.  2008-2012 I listed and sold many foreclosures and was representing the various banks.  I also understand the complexities involved in the many different types of transactions and how each move can truly impact your life in a good or bad way.  The decisions made with real estate transactions need to be fully understood and acknowledged by all parties.  With the sale or purchase of this magnitude, emotions get the best of some people.  I'm here to not just guide you, but to also advise you on multiple topics.  Too often do I hear stories or have new agents even call me with questions that should never come up.

With the ongoing, ever-changing marketplace and detailed factual information at our fingertips I am able to advise you on your purchase or on the sale of your home so that it is you that benefits and do it with confidence.  I have access to solid, factual information to help guide you on suggested list price or offer price.  I am able to share this very valuable information in detailed reports packed full of factual details for you, to help ease your final decision.

If you are considering selling, I have always implemented the latest in high tech and high quality photography and marketing pieces.  I have used my BFA in Fine Arts
background into the marketing of real estate.  I not only enjoy photography of real estate, but also photography of all sorts and in addition to painting and drawing.
